Orders are delivered to the customer (at the delivery location) within a reasonable time from the moment the order is submitted through this website. Within Attica, products can be delivered by our company without additional charge unless otherwise instructed by you, in which case you will bear the relevant cost. For orders in the provinces, either courier services or freight companies can be used. The shipping costs for using courier services or freight companies are not included in the product price. In any case, the delivery time depends on the availability of products in our warehouses, subject to force majeure events.
Products are shipped (either by courier or freight company) at the sole responsibility of the customer. Our company is not liable for any damage during the transportation of products.
Products remain the property of our company until full payment is made, as evidenced solely by a valid receipt issued by our company.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

It is possible to cancel an order in whole or in part by sending an email to info@dot-media.gr by the following business day of its dispatch by 09:00 AM when the company's transport routes depart.

WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS

In case of an actual defect or lack of an agreed product property, the customer, provided they are not aware of the above, can exercise their legal rights.
